*A full content list will be provided with payment of balance, to assist in identifying items that you do not need to bring yourself. Hopefully this will reduce the packing overhead on you.
** Please note that whilst this caravan is available for rental and is fully equipped for winter use (GCH, Double Glazing, Extra Insulation etc), the caravans on the Fairway Site are not and therefore the site facilities (clubhouse, amusements etc) are sometimes limited opening times during the periods marked. This is often dependent on no. of guests / usage. The swimming pool is open May – September, but during good weather outside of this period, it may be open.

Pets may be allowed but this is at the discretion of the caravan owners. This must be agreed in advance and is subject to additional terms and conditions - please contact me for further details
Are school holidays a problem ?
Do you know most schools will authorise 10 days holiday outside of normal holiday periods ? Ask the school for further information and save yourself some cash.
