*A full content list will be provided with payment of balance, to assist in identifying items that you do not need to bring yourself. Hopefully this will reduce the packing overhead on you.
** Please note that whilst this caravan is available for rental and is fully equipped for winter use (GCH, Double Glazing, Extra Insulation etc), the caravans on the Fairway Site are not and therefore the site facilities (clubhouse, amusements etc) have limited opening times during the periods marked. This is often dependent on no. of guests / usage. The swimming pool is open May – September, but during good weather outside of this period, it may be open. This caravan is on the private side of the Fairway Holiday Park and we have no control over the facilities provided on the main site.
Sofabed Supplement: A supplement of £25 is charged for use of the sofabed for up to 3 nights and £50 for 4 - 7 nights
Please note: This caravan is “No Smoking”. An invoice will be raised for £50 for anyone breaching this condition.
Pets may be allowed but this is at the discretion of the caravan owners. This must be agreed in advance and is subject to additional terms and conditions - please contact me for further details
Are school holidays a problem ?
Do you know most schools will authorise 10 days holiday outside of normal holiday periods ? Ask the school for further information and save yourself some cash.
