“Door locks a bit of a problem with a mischievous 2 1/2 year old” - Cosalt design, unable to change

“Dimmer light for reading in double bedroom” - bedside lamp implemented
“There were a lot of toys under the beds which meant we had to leave the suitcase in the car” - we provided feedback to customer to say there is room for 3 suitcases under the double bed or more if you put one inside the other. Moving the toy boxes is also not a problem if you want to make more room.
“A couple of the medicines are out of date...” - these have now been replaced, obviously we cannot be there constantly so if people find medicines out of date they should throw them away, let us know and we’ll replace them at the next visit
“None to the caravan but the site could do with some improvements to the children’s play area...” - this has been fed back to the site - they are doing some work over the closed season to improve
“Possibly supply bath towels in the future” - implemented
“A mattress topper for the double bed - I suffer from a bad back” - new, thicker mattress protectors put on all beds
“Needed a dustpan and brush to sweep up” - does exist, customer advised
“Wireless internet connection” - investigated but very expensive, holiday pack updated
“It might be nice to have the beds made up on arrival...” - the cleaner will try and do this but this depends on time given the 4 hour changeover slot.
“A washing machine in one of the shed...” - with the launderette on site, we don’t believe this is a viable purchase but we will monitor feedback.
“Possibility or air conditioning...?” - suggested as a joke after a very hot week ! There is a fan in the caravan and in warm weather we recommend keeping the curtains closed to keep the heat out.
“Mattress a bit uncomfortable - suggest a mattress topper...” - new mattress planned for end of this season
“None - lovely caravan...”
“A net curtain at the door for security reasons” - there is a curtain and we are unable to get the same net so can’t implement this.
